The staff really make the difference at this hotel and specifically Arussiak who was on reception when we arrived. Not only did she make us welcome she offered us drinks and seats while we were waiting for one of our rooms to be finished, as we were a little early. While waiting she told us about local areas in between serving other guests who she really made feel welcome as well. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very clean and we had a very good nights sleep especially after driving for over 5 hours. Breakfast was very good as well.

Everything was ok. The room was comfortable as the expected level based on the hotel description and rating. It was conveniently located close to the stations about about 10-15 min walk to the center

This was a last minute booking, we were later than advised and we were met by an extremely helpful receptionist. who helped us with parking and also a good location to eat.
